You have 14 days to return the product after receiving it. The cost of the return is postage. Postage is charged directly from the amount to be returned.

The product to be returned must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. All labels and price tags must also be in place. Make sure you return all parts, including any packaging materials. According to the law, the buyer is responsible for the reduction in value if he has put the product into use.

Products to be returned must be packed carefully.

The customer is obliged to present a proof of purchase, receipt or other proof of the place and time of purchase when returning or complaining about a product defect. eLaturi Oy reserves the right to collect the costs caused by the search for the receipt from the buyer.

Complaints and returns are processed only in writing. The return can be made via the return form. When returning via the form, the return must be mailed with a return label provided by the Seller within 7 days of accepting the return. The customer can request additional time by contacting info@elaturi.fi, in which case additional time is granted for a maximum of 7 days. If the goods are not mailed within this time, the right to return expires.

RETURN OF THE PAYMENT

eLaturi Oy will return your payment within 14 days after receiving the return notification, provided that the return has been received, or you have proven that you have sent the products back. The return is made with the payment method you used when placing the order.
